• Less pain. A small cryogenic dose i sprayed right before the laser impulse (and possibly after it as well); it cool the skin to the optimum temperature, allowing the use of the most powerful alexandrite lasers available in the market with the rate of two impulses per second. Laser impulses become virtually imperceptible and painless.

• Speed. The laser ensures the possibility to make procedures quickly, thus patients feel more comfortable. GentleLase Pro-U™ hair removal is performed 4-5 times faster than in case of ruby laser and 3 times faster than in case of photo epilation device.

• Efficiency. The laser has a good effect on vellus hair and it can also remove fair hair.

   As a bonus to all the above-mentioned facts, this laser also allows to reduce the required number of procedures and to extend the time between the procedures.

   The number of procedures is individual and depends on the area to be treated, hormonal level, heredity, hair growth rate and hair structure. Unfortunately, no method allowing to prevent hair growth for a lifetime has been invented yet, therefore the procedure should be repeated. They can be shaved or removed using depilatory cream between the procedures, and each time you will have to do it less often. After the procedure hair grows back much, much slower; there is less hair and it is finer.

  Unfortunately, very tanned skin cannot be treated by this laser, as there is high risk of undesirable pigmentation and skin burns.

  Restrictions before and after the laser procedure for hair removal:

- Hair should be shaved or cut before the procedure. You should not remove hair using wax, tweezers or an epilator during two weeks before the procedure, because then the laser will not notice them. 

- It is not recommended to sunbath, go to a tanning parlour or use self-toning creams 2 to 3 weeks before the procedure. 

- Skin irritation usually soothes during the first twenty-four hours, but in rare cases it may persist for two or three days after the procedure.

- If hair is very dark, dark points can be visible on the skin 2–3 days after the laser hair removal. 

- It is forbidden to be out in the sun and go to a tanning parlour for 2 weeks after hair removal. 

- Apply sun protection creams on the open parts of the bodies where hair removal was performed. 

- Avoid going to sauna, swimming pool and massage for three days. 

- Do not use alcohol-containing lotions irritating deodorants and do not perform peeling for 2-3 days
