Fat removal (liposculpture)

The Clinic of Dermatology has started to use the latest 3D liposuction technology – body and face correction method – liposuction using the world's latest 3D liposuction technology EVA sp® 6 developed by Belgian company EUROMI which emits infrasound in adipose tissues. This system allows performing quantitative fluctuation infrasound suction and fluctuation infrasound lipomodeling.

The new device has many advantages as compared with the old generation devices, but its most important advantage is the fact that the method is more reliable, less invasive and less painful for patients. Moreover, it allows removing up to 5 l of fat without any harm for health.

Scientists have created an innovative technology: tubes connected to a vacuum device are able to perform three-dimensional movement. They work simultaneously  in three directions – perform rotating movements upwards, downwards and forward. The process is conducted with high frequency but with minimum amplitude. This ensures minimal injuries to the surrounding tissue and blood vessels, prevents virtually any risk of fatty embolism, oedema and haemorrhage or deterioration of skin elasticity. Piston system ensures a homogeneous suction of any kind of fat, even fibrous fat, at constant pressure. Fat splitting is complemented by the low frequency infrasound. As compared with classic suction method, the surgeon's physical load is much lower, which ensures the maximum accuracy of his work and guarantees an excellent result in case of large-scale surgeries.

The surgery is performed with the use of a computer - quantitative suction system allows to control the extracted amount in different areas, constantly control the overall extracted amount and repeatedly check any extracted area. Greater output can be used for thighs and lower output – for chin.

Liposuction is performed under local anaesthesia anaesthetising only the spots on the skin where 3-4 mm large incision will be made to insert the tubes. Anaesthesia is not required, tumescent anaesthesia is used instead; tissues are tightly filled with saline containing adrenaline and lidocaine. Therefore the surgery is suitable for people with contraindications of anaesthesia due to any reasons. After the surgery the patient puts on special compression clothes which must be worn for two weeks round the clock. The patient can immediately get up and go home, as there is no need to stay in hospital.

This method can be effectively used for any area of the body where fat pads need to be removed – on tummy and flanks; it helps smooth out fat lines on the upper part of the back - on shoulders and back of the neck, in the waist area, make attractive outlines of the buttocks rounder, remove excess fat on thighs, saddlebags area, pads around the knees, and make shins and ankles thinner. It helps eliminate sagging bags above the breasts formed by armpits, and reduce breast obesity in men. Liposuction of the face – in the areas on the cheeks, under the chin and on the neck – used to be considered risky. When appying this method, the fat removed during one surgery can be injected into other parts of the body or face and be used for contouring.

Aim of the surgery: it allows removing undesirable fat pads.

Mesofiller® injections

Mesofiller® injection is a procedure during which hyaluronic acid is introduced into middle and deep derma layers filling the wrinkle and thus evening and lifting the sagging skin upwards. Mesofiller® is recommended for fighting facial wrinkles, improving facial shape, lip contour and volume.

The Clinic of Dermatology (Health Center 4) starts to work with the improved Mesoestetic® mesofillers targeted for eliminating wrinkles by filling wrinkles with hyaluronic acid, as well as for correcting facial shape, lip contour and volume.

The hyaluronic acid is naturally produced in our body but over time its reserves are depleted as a result of which your skin loses its flexibility, the facial shape loosens, and visible wrinkles appear.

Filler injection is a procedure during which hyaluronic acid is introduced into middle and deep derma layers filling wrinkles with a material which evens and lifts the sagging skin upwards.

As a direct result of studies and product development over many years, Mesoestetic® has created a new premium class filler which employs a unique hyaluronic acid purifying technique thus reducing the risk that the product could cause an allergy, inflammation or other side-effects.

Furthermore, Mesoestetic® has created an ergonomic syringe so that both specialists and patients could feel comfortable and relaxed during the injection.

100% of patients with Mesofiller® experience admit that the visual condition of their wrinkles has improved; 90% of these people would like to repeat the procedure and 100% of them did not find it hard to endure the procedure (introduction of injection). The injection results last up to 12 months; you can have 20 mg/ml or 25 mg/ml hyaluronic acid injections depending on the area to be treated and specialist recommendations.
